360PM Dr. Friedrich & Partner KG aims to develop and apply a strategic approach to the management of projects, titled 360° project management.

Managing director is Dr. Gerhard Friedrich, project manager since the start of his career in 1975. He has worked for clients in the insurance industry, the public sector and public health care. He is a specialist for reorganization projects, especially when success heavily depends on the implementation of IT.

Since 2015 Paul Friedrich is member of the board of directors. He concentrates on projects in the area SAP Financials, payment transactions and SEPA. Since April 2019 Paul is managing director of IKOR Austria GmbH.

Thanks to a experienced network of partners projects can be staffed according to the specific needs of the clients.

Julia Friedrich became a member of the management team in 2020. She held several management positions in Vienna, Dubai, Shanghai and Singapore before applying her experience in communications, marketing and product development as the head of 360PM’s online trading division. The company’s brand Fantifant specializes in products that offer practical and professional solutions to make the world of children and families a little easier, more beautiful and more colorful.
